Jenna + William's Wedding
I can't believe I haven't blogged this wedding yet. It's been almost a year since I flew up to New York City to shoot their big day. & with all the time, it is still is one of my favorite weddings I have shot in the city.
Of course, location and the details and every little thing plays a huge role. But what really makes a wedding special to me, is the relationship I begin to have with the couple. Not only were they amazing the months leading up to the wedding, but even on the day of. I felt like I knew them for years. They were so sweet, and so in love.
Sometimes I like to call some of my weddings the "jackpot" weddings. And this was one of them. A couple with a heart of gold, epic venue, beautiful details.. you name it. I am in constant awe of how amazing my clients are. I feel so blessed. This year 2020, has me reflecting on a lot my blessings. But enough of 2020, lets get to what you're here to see.. the photos!
This photo above was a miracle photo. It looks like an empty Central Park. And if you've been to Central Park in the afternoon, you know very well how impossible that is. This place was crowded. I mean like SUPER crowded. I wouldn't call myself a miracle worker but after getting this shot.. I mean.. MIRACLE. My heart was singing when I took this. Smiling as I type this because I remember that feeling and it has not left me.
